Although these are non-prescription lenses, you would still need to make sure you have consulted an optometrist about the appropriate size of the contact lens that would fit your eyes properly, and you would also want discuss the risks of wearing contacts from unauthorized sources. Even if they seem like a great bargain, never purchase novelty contacts from any random costume retailer if they are not manufactured by a major lens manufactured that is also FDA approved.
